I think this is the simplest approach, but approach it however you like. I can see several possible ways of doing this, but I don't want to limit your creativity. I would like a script that can automatically run CleanWipe. I haven't played much with the "-silent" option, but I would not be surprised to find that it requires a person to login. It can be run interactively (in which case it reruns on login from a RunOnce entry) or with the "-silent" switch.

It consists of a directory of scripts and utilities that must be run from a local drive and requires several reboots. It also runs under Safe Mode, though you have to run C:\RunTwice.bat manually.
